WinMan Trails Events

WinMan Wednesday Every Wednesday, 6pm

Join us for skiing, snowshoeing or fat biking followed by socializing around the bonfire or pizza oven every Wednesday starting at 6PM.  The event is open to all and all abilities.  Check our FaceBook page for any updates prior to the event. 

Newbies and novices are encouraged to join us - this is a perfect time to learn the trails and improve your skills while skiing with experienced skiers.

 Bring something to cookout and drink.

Yoga at the Chalet Sunday, March 3rd, 9am - 10am

Join us for Yoga at the Chalet with Suzi from the Manitowish Waters Athletic Club on Sunday, March 3rd from 9am - 10am. 

The class fee is a suggested $10 donation. Cash or card is accepted. 
Class size is limited to 18 people so please email us to reserve your spot and a yoga mat if needed (winmantrails@gmail.com). This class is for people ages 16+.

Suzi teaches opposing energies (hatha) to balance mind/body via correct alignment in asana, breath, and calming of mind through meditation and relaxation. The class features static poses, to focus on breath and alignment and some flow. The goal is to achieve the relaxation in the asana, to experience a release in stress, improve strength, flexibility, and an increase in mental clarity and focus. All levels welcome.
